DESCRIPTION:SummerTech LIVE is matching Victorian business digital technology needs with innovative tertiary students over the summer\, to solve technology problems and support digital economic transformation. \nThis event will provide information to the Agriculture and Viticulture industries on how your business can apply to receive a subsidised student/resource with relevant experience to assist with delivery of your technology project. We will also be taking an expression of interest from attendees on whether they’d be interested in possible solutions to the following challenges: \n\nSoil moisture tracking (i.e. irrigation management)\nRemote water tank and water trough level monitoring\nTracking livestock & mitigating stock theft\nTracking & managing temperatures in hay storage (i.e. fire risk/detection)\n\nIf you own\, operate\, or manage a farming\, agriculture\, or winery and you want to know more come along to this information session at TheHUB on Tuesday 25th September at 10:30am. If you are student you’re welcome to attend this information session but we also recommend that if you’re interested in participating\, please contact your lecturer\, teacher\, or supervisor.
